🚗 Joining DealNow as a Dealer? Here's How!

I invite dealers to visit Denow.com, specifically the Ford dealers tab, to discover what we offer our partners. I also guide you through creating an account and the initial steps of our onboarding process. This includes account creation, agreeing to terms, setting a password, and starting the verification process.

To learn more about DealNow for dealers, we invite you to visit Denow.com, uh, which looks like this, and head on over to our Ford dealers tab. And here you can learn a lot more information about what we offer our dealer partners. Um, and then I'm also gonna just walk you through the onboarding process so that if you are indeed um interested in joining us, um, this video will help you. Um, create your account and walk through the different steps for onboarding. So for dealer accounts, uh, you would click create account and choose dealer, um, and then you would. Enter and I'm just gonna put in a test email here. You agree to our terms and privacy, and then create a password. And once you're logged in. It's going to pull up a welcome deal now first, and you'll put in your information. And click save. This is gonna land you on our onboarding journey. So, first, you're going to get yourself verified. So that's what this first section is. Once you finish that, then you can move on to the next step. So let's go ahead and walk through that really quick. It's fairly easy. Whatever your job title is. Um, also, as soon as you create that account, we send you an email, um, so you don't have to click this resend button. We've already sent the email. You can look at your email and I'll go ahead and do that first. Let me find, there's my email. And just click on that verify email button, which it's doing on another screen right now, but you'll see once I've clicked on that button, this now turns to a verified status. And then you're gonna click on um identity, so then you'll move on to this step. And this is just some test data here. Um, we're in our test environment, so let me grab the date of birth for this test user. And once you've put in your phone number and date of birth, we are gonna send you a text message, um. With a link that you click on, and that link will then be redirected to a page that looks like this while it's completing the verification. And then as soon as you get the screen, you'll go back to that original um Uh, session that you had open and you'll see your information populate here. If it's correct, you can just click continue. If you need to edit anything, you can click edit. And now I'm verified. My personal information is verified. Then you'll move on to the business information, and here you'll put in your legal name. Um, your display names already there from that first model. You'll need to put in your Website and if you have a different phone number. From the one that you had. Personally, And then Google will populate um your business address if you do the drop down or you can just manually type in the state of your business address and zip code, um, and then you're gonna pick your entity type and business type, so, um, pick the one that's closest to you. Um, and we will need your tax ID and dealer wholesale number, so I'll just put in some. Test data here. Um, you wanna make sure all of this information is filled out before you move on to the next step. You can also add your um horizontal logo and your circular logo here, which will appear throughout the app when you're dealing with um other sellers. Uh, and then you're gonna pick your title delivery address. So anytime you close the deal in the app, we, that includes a loan payoff, we can assist with the loan payoff, um, and so you'll wanna make sure you fill out where those titles. should be mailed. If it's different from your business address, you can uncheck this and fill that out. Um, and then the ownership question here is you wanna click yes or no, if you don't own 25% or more, or if you're not, Um, a person that handles opening up any financial type of information, then you would click no. And we invite you to, to invite that person who does kind of make those financial decisions, um, and then they would be dropped right in the same flow to continue getting the business verified. We'll just click yes for this, um. Example, And then once all that information has been filled out, you click this get started button. This is going to send the information to our team to just verify um the business and and uh get your account all set up. So let me just go ahead and do that so I can show you um what that looks like once we have. Verify the info. OK, so then that's gonna turn to a verified status, and you can move on to the next step. Um, the person who has the financial, um, ability would then want to make sure they click this button and click continue. And now you have um your wallet that would be set up next, um, which would just grab the driver's license and set up your wallet so that you can do deals seamlessly and pay. Uh, sellers directly through the app, um, so they don't have to, uh, we, we have RTP available as well as same day ACH available when paying out sellers for acquisition deals. So lots of different options, um, for securely and quickly sending the necessary funds to purchase a car. I'm gonna pull up one of our accounts that we already have available. Um, once you've set up an account, you'll notice all the private auto cars, uh, that, uh, we have on our private auto site will be available on the on the marketplace. Um, please note that we do, uh, require a subscription to get to these pages. So if you go to the marketplace or to the leads page, you'll notice, um, that we do require a membership. So let's just show you that really quick. So monthly membership um is$250 and that just gets you access to our leads page, our marketplace, a lot of insights that we have that I'll show you here in a, in a second. Um, but another option if you don't want to do a monthly membership and you're not wanting the marketplace or leads pages, um, we also have a per transaction fee. So you can just do deals um within our app securely, get the seller verified and make sure that the car and the title are Um, clean, and no liens on it. So you can do all of that without a monthly membership. You just won't have access to the marketplace or to the leads page, but you can still create deals and close cars um on the per transaction basis um that you see here. All right, so let me just go up to, uh, so this account currently has um A Subscription. So you'll see we have access to all the private auto cars as well as our leads page. So these are individuals that have listed their car on the private auto marketplace, but I've also expressed interest in getting a cash offer from a dealer. Um, any of these, you can send a cash offer on inside this page, we also Provide a vehicle history report. You can request a self-inspection um directly here on this leads page. Um, we give you all the information you need in order to um make an offer on this car. We provide black Book values. We also have some market comparisons. Uh, this is still, there we go. We've got how many total vehicles. Uh, so a lot of different data, um, points here to help you make a good decision on the on offering, uh, making an offer on this particular vehicle. We even have a calculate by price calculator that you can use and other retail insights here on the leads page. Maybe Show a different one here. Um, you can also go and do the listing from here if it is a live listing. And on the listing, we also have some additional information here. We can message seller or make an offer, um. And there's some of those other uh reports that we have here available for dealers. Um, and then once you message a seller, we do offer, this is available with or without a subscription. You can have unlimited chats so you can make offers with uh the different sellers on our platform. And then our deals uh is where we really shine, so we kind of help you walk through the entire Deal process from start to finish. Uh, we show you, uh, that the seller has been verified, if they have their bank connected and they're ready to receive funds. We show you, um, Whether or not there's been an accident, clean tier title, how many owners. We also give you the ability to, um, the seller will have to, if they say that they own the vehicle, they'll have to upload the title, and you can actually um pull up that title and view it front and back. And we have a bunch of different optional services uh that dealers can use. We have um a Integration with Lemon squad, so you can order a mechanical inspection or an AI powered self-inspection using photos. We also are integrated with Ship your car now and Run Buggy. If you need to ship the car, you can get additional um history and value reports, and we also do title checks, um. With Yasi and Nvitis, um. That you can order in addition to these other services. Our bill of sale, you can sign directly in the app. We have a signed document feature here, so you can electronically sign the bill of sale. And then um you can go ahead and pay for the car. So this is just a test example here. So it's only$30 but we have um no limit on the amount of money that you can Um, send for acquisition deals. Um, this particular bank, you can see a set up for RTP. So this customer, if I were to buy this vehicle, would get this money instantly within 15 seconds.
